All of he staff at this centre are courteous and professional. There is a modern and hygienic environment. Dr Nayara is a competent and compassionate professional who treats her patients with dignity and care. There is a nurse for blood collections working out of a treatment room. I highly recommend Sydney Western Medical Centre.

Finally a doctor who takes the time and makes the effort to deliver quality and holistic health care! I've been a patient for more than 6 months and feel like I'm in expert hands. In-house pathology services are very convenient and nothing seems too much trouble for Dr Akhtar and her team. Highly recommended.

Doctor Aktar is professional, yet doesn’t make you feel a lesser person. The young ladies at reception are very patient, hard- working and beautifully spoken. I don’t think I’ve ever really waited too long. And really, if the Doctor is great, most would be prepared to wait. Great practice.

The staff at this Medical Practice are absolutely fantastic. From the lovely ladies on reception , to the pharmacist and his wife to the nurses . I see Dr Nayara Aktar at this practice. I have not found a more caring, compassionate and very professional Doctor. Also a beautiful person. This is a clean and caring family practice. Very highly recommended.

The nurse/receptionist Danny has such an amazing and gorgeous soul, so helpful and such a beautiful person! Switching doctors immediately after another office told me an emergency had to wait until Monday.

Great family practice. Doctor Nayara Aktar is a very caring and friendly professional. She listens when you speak and has a very compassionate manner. She has helped my wife and I through some difficult times. You are never rushed out the door. Her staff are amazing people. Great family doctor. I would recommend her to anyone.

Danni, the nurse, is a literal angel !!!!!!!!!!!! She is so kind and takes the time to explain everything to you in detail, and there is absolutely no judgement whatsoever !! I was freaking out and she reassured me and made sure that I was ok, literally a godsend <3
